Refer a Friend Program – Terms and Conditions Effective Date: 1st January 2025 By participating in the Refer a Friend Program (“the Program”) offered by Aegis Secure Technologies (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in the Program and your eligibility for rewards.
  1. Eligibility
1.1. The Program is open to existing clients of Aegis Secure Technologies who are 18 years or older. 1.2. Referrals must be businesses or individuals who are not currently clients of Aegis Secure Technologies.
  1. How the Program Works
2.1. To participate, submit a referral through our official Refer a Friend Submission Form. 2.2. You must provide accurate and complete information for both yourself and the referred business. 2.3. Referrals will only be considered valid if the referred business signs a Managed Services Agreement with Aegis Secure Technologies within 90 days of the referral submission. 2.4. Rewards are issued after the referred business signs the Managed Services Agreement and completes one full month of service.
  1. Rewards
3.1. Eligible participants may choose one of the following rewards:
  • £250 Amazon Gift Voucher.
  • £250 One4All Gift Voucher.
  • £250 Donation to a Charity of Your Choice.
3.2. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other alternatives. 3.3. Rewards are subject to availability and may be substituted with an equivalent reward at our discretion.
  1. Referral Conditions
4.1. Referrals must be genuine businesses with valid contact details. 4.2. You must have obtained permission from the referred business to share their contact details with us. 4.3. Self-referrals or referrals within your own organization are not eligible.
  1. Limitations
5.1. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can submit; however, each referral must meet the eligibility requirements. 5.2. Only one reward will be issued per referred business, regardless of the number of individuals referring that business.
  1. Disqualification
6.1. Referrals that do not meet the eligibility or submission requirements will be disqualified. 6.2. Aegis Secure Technologies reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program.
  1. Program Modifications
7.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. 7.2. Any changes to the Program will not affect rewards already earned for completed referrals.
  1. Privacy
8.1. Personal information collected during the Program will be used solely for administering the Program and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  1. Liability
9.1. Aegis Secure Technologies will not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment resulting from participation in the Program.
  1. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the English courts.
